Helen Keller Intl. is an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) working in health and nutrition in Nepal since 1988 to improve the nutritional status of women and young children through evidence-based research and programs. Helen Keller Intl. in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Population (Nutrition Division) and with ethical approval from the Nepal Health Research Council is conducting a research study on multiple micronutrients supplementation. We request applications from qualified individuals for short-term assignments as mentioned below:
Research associates (5 numbers) & Roster Call for Research Associate-Consultant (6 district)
Tentative duration: Approximately 250 days
Position Overview
This position will be responsible for enrolling study participants, data collection through households’ visits, coordination, note taking during qualitative data collection, and ensuring data quality. The research associates will work in close coordination with the Research officer. The Consultant – Research Associates will follow Helen Keller research ethics.

Lumbini Province/Field Based (In any of the districts as Rukum, Pyuthan, Rupandehi and Kapilvastu)

- Roster call for Rolpa, Rupandehi, Nawalparasi West, Dang, Banke, Bardiya

Summary of Job Purpose:
The primary role of this position is to collect data from the study participants at different data collection points. This includes the enrollment of study participants and obtaining written informed consent, ensuring ethical guidelines. The position will also support research officers while gathering qualitative data.
The research associates will have to go through 4 days of training.
